Information Village Stall Holders

We are looking for exhibitors who provide a service or have products that promote independent living and health & wellbeing.

This is an opportunity for you to share what you do with thousands of people who are passionately interested in finding out what is available to them. You can bring your own display boards and materials.

The cost for a space in the information village is £75 – this cost includes the hire of a table and two chairs. You will be allocated a shared space in a gazebo or marquee.

A copy of your risk assessment and liability insurance will be required during the confimation process.

If you are a non-funded disability group, there is no charge, but you will be asked for proof of eligibility. To register your interest or to book, please click the button below.

Food & Drink Village

We have a selection of food stands booked for the festival, including fish & chips, burger vans, ice cream, sweets and snacks, a bar, and more.

We are not accepting applications for further food stallholders. We recognise in previous years the price of food has been an issue for some, and therefore we are listening to your feedback and working with stallholders to provide you the best options available.

Market Stall Holders

We are looking for businesses or groups, particularly if they are disability led, who are interested in selling their handcrafted goods to festival go-ers.

We are also interested in face painters, glitter tattoo artists and other creative providers.

The cost for a pitch at the festival is £90 for private businesses and £75 for a disability led organisation/community group. Market Stall holders can bring their own gazebo, tables and chairs, although these can be hired at a cost through the festival. There are none spare on the day; anything required must be ordered.

If you are a disability user-led and unfunded organisation, there is no charge for a market stall pitch, but you will be asked for proof of eligibility. Contact us via email for a code to use at checkout.

If you would like to run an interactive and accessible free workshop to teach people new skills and build confidence, then please get in touch.

There is no fee payable to run your workshop and we will provide a gazebo for you. You will, however, need to provide your own tables and chairs, although these can be hired at a cost through us.

Your workshop must last at least half an hour and be fully accessible to everyone. If you are interested in running a workshop, please click the button below to expres
