The cost for a space in the information village is £75 – this cost includes hire of a table and two chairs. You will be allocated a shared space in a gazebo or marquee.

Are you looking to bring your own gazebo? Please note, this will be dependent on site accessibility and space. If YES, please provide details. Secure anchoring/weights must be used.

I confirm that I have a risk assessment or will provide one no later than 4 weeks before the event date.
