THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!
The Disability Festival in the Park 2026 is almost here, and we cannot wait to welcome our community back for another unforgettable day.
Taking place on Wednesday 22 July 2026, from 12pm to 7pm, at Christchurch Green, Wanstead, E11 2RH, the festival is completely free to attend.
The Disability Festival in the Park brings disabled people, families, carers, community organisations and the wider public together in a welcoming space where everyone can celebrate, participate and belong.
Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy:
Live music and performances on the Main Stage
Major tribute performances
The Laugh-Able Comedy Tent
Creative workshops
Accessible sports
A funfair
Food and refreshments
A vintage tea room
Community stalls and local services
The Information Village
A dedicated wellbeing space

At the heart of the festival is a celebration of the talents, achievements and contributions of disabled people. It is also an opportunity to discover local services, meet new people and make meaningful connections across Redbridge and beyond.
Whether you plan to stay for an hour or spend the whole day with us, you can enjoy the festival in the way that suits you. Watch a performance, try an activity, speak to a local organisation, enjoy some food or simply soak up the atmosphere.
The event is being made possible through the commitment of our planning group, volunteers, performers, exhibitors, funders, sponsors and community partners. Together, they are helping us create an event that is vibrant, welcoming and accessible.
